Full Description of Project
At Miami Valley Unitairan Universalist Fellowship (MVUUF) we are expanding activities for high school youth. This year we are fundraising to send four youth and two adult chaperons to the UU United Nation’s Office Intergenerational Seminar. For the past two years one youth from our congregation, with a sponsor has attended this seminar. The United Nations Office programming has been a very meaningful part of her development as a leader and activist. This year we are very excited to send a total of four youth. Money from this Faithify campagn will be used to partially cover registration and travel expenses to make the trip accessible for the adult sponsors and youth attendees.
About the Seminar:

The UU United Nations Office Intergenerational Seminar “is an opportunity to collaborate with others while learning how to be a global activist. Through workshops, peer and expert-led panel discussions, community building activities, and worship services, participants undergo a transformative process of learning, reflection, and growth as we explore some of the most challenging issues facing humanity today.
